InPost has informed us of a scheduled downtime for their service on April 12th 2026 from 00:00 to 08:00 CET
During this time, the following will be unavailable:
- Sending parcels, generating labels and creating shipments directed to Paczkomat® devices, PUDO points (PaczkoPunkty) and courier services through systems and tools: ShipX, Fast Shipments, Fast Returns, offline integrations, InPost Mobile application, Parcel Manager, WebTrucker, Global API, APIv2, APIv4, Rest API, API WebTrucker.
- Using applications and services: InPost Mobile, InPost Fresh, InPost Pay and the InPost Out of the Box online store.
- Remote collection of parcels from Paczkomat® devices using the InPost Mobile application.
- Using the website inpost.pl.
- Sending parcels without a label and handling Fast Returns in Paczkomat® devices and PUDO points (PaczkoPunkty).
- Generating return codes for Allegro InPost shipments.
- Sending status notifications via SMS, e-mail and push (e.g., collection codes).
- Paying for shipments upon collection via PayByLink and BLIK.
- Redirecting shipments, within the Dynamic Parcel Redirection option.
