Due to an IT infrastructure update in Hermes, the following services will be unavailable on February 20, 2024, from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM, CET time:
- Hermes Shipping Interface (HSI)
- Hermes Shipping Client (HSC)

These services will not be accessible during the maintenance window, preventing the creation of shipments or the retrieval of tracking information. Furthermore, all access and refresh tokens will lose their validity, requiring re-authentication following the maintenance period.
