We would like to inform you that, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of our IT systems, we have scheduled maintenance work on the InPost central system from Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 10:15 PM to Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 4:15 AM (a total downtime of 6 hours). Despite the interruption, it will still be possible to collect packages from Paczkomat® devices using the pickup code and QR code. However, remote locker opening via the InPost Mobile app will not be available.

Please carefully read the list below that covers the full impact of the service works. It will help you to prepare and adjust to the temporary inconveniences.

During this time, the following will be possible:

Collecting parcels placed in Paczkomat® devices using the pickup code and QR code;
Selecting Paczkomat® devices as a delivery option, including from the list of available devices on the “Find Paczkomat” map;

During the upcoming maintenance, the following services will be unavailable:

Remote collection of parcels placed in the Paczkomat® Parcel Locker remotely using the InPost Mobile application.
Parcel creation, label generation, and parcel placement at the Paczkomat® Parcel Locker via ShipX, Quick Send (Szybkie Nadania), Quick Returns (Szybkie Zwroty), Mobile App; Parcel Manager; APIv2; APIv4.
Creation of parcels for APMs and collection points (POP/PaczkoPunkt) as well as courier parcels.
Sending parcels without a label and processing quick returns in Paczkomat® devices.
Generation of return codes for Allegro parcels.
The dispatch of SMS, email, and Push notifications regarding pickup codes, etc., will be suspended.
Payment for parcels on delivery via PayByLink and Blik will not be possible.
Parcel redirection.
Creating packages using the xFile service (Offline Clients).

Additionally, during the maintenance window, shipment statuses will not be updated on the website or in the InPost Mobile app.

All queued SMS/email/Push notifications will be sent after the maintenance work is completed, i.e., at 06:00.
