Please be advised that on Sunday 4th February 2024 Yodel will be performing routine server maintenance which will result in a period of downtime on our FTP, SFTP, HTTPS & AS2 Server between 01:00am to 04:00am.

IMPACT: Electronic Data Transfer i.e. Preadvise (PAN), IOD Parcel Tracking, Reporting Data

Yodel is committed to providing reliable hosting services. This scheduled maintenance will assist in maintaining our high level of stability and up-time. The maintenance will be performed on server infrastructure however no data will be at risk during the scheduled outage window.

We have made a strong effort to perform this maintenance at a time that has minimal effect on our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience the upcoming maintenance may cause.
