Specifically, we urgently need to upgrade the firmware of the firewalls. This action is critical to fortify our network against potential vulnerabilities and ensure uninterrupted service for you.



While we endeavour to minimize disruptions, please note that during the maintenance window, there may be slight performance degradation as traffic is transitioned between primary and secondary firewalls. Rest assured; our team will closely monitor the network throughout this period to swiftly address any issues that may arise.
